If your customers were fanatics about your business, they would be eternally loyal to your products and services and be unable to keep you a secret from their family, friends and colleagues. That repeat business and numerous referrals are vital to your success.
In this issue of

Creating Fanatical Customers
Taking the time to thank your customers for their business is just one step in making them loyal fans. Delivering quality products and services is also important,
but without exceptional customer service, your customers may never become true fans.
The most important asset for any business is customer satisfaction. Without it, you’ll have no customers.
And, without customers, you’re out of business. If your products or services are in demand and successfully attract customers, then you’re off to a good start. However, the key to any successful business is to get repeat business (loyalty) and generate new business by word of mouth (referrals).
Success
comes from gaining the devoted loyalty of your customers and getting
them to freely tell others – even complete strangers – all about
you. Fanaticism quickly creates growth and helps you develop a significant following of loyal clients and interested prospects.
How do you create
a relationship that turns customers into fanatics about your business?
- Make customer satisfaction your first priority and go above and beyond expectations to keep
customers in awe and happy.
Treat each customer as if they were critical to your success – because they are.
Deliver on your promises consistently and let them know that they are valued and appreciated.
Develop marketing communications, such as newsletters and email campaigns, to keep customers informed and interested in your business.
Reward customers for referrals.
Utilize hand-written thank you notes, value coupons, personal sale notices, and premium gifts (pens, tablets, calendars, etc.) to show your appreciation on a regular basis.
